How does the donation program work?
For every item you purchase, we donate a specially designed item to someone experiencing homelessness. To date, we have donated more than 100 million items to community organizations across the country.
How should I care for my Bombas products?
To keep your items in peak condition, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can break down the technical fibers.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 90 days of purchase. Whether you've worn them or not, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit and style for your needs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery progress.
